I held a sleeping baby. . .

. . . in my arms at church today. And not just any sleeping baby (there are many adorable ones to choose from in our congregation), but my sleeping baby. That hasn't happened in many, many moons. Church provides far too many smiling faces, singing voices, and metal chairs perfect for banging on to waste one's time on sleep, we'll have you know. But today was a little gift, wrapped in the perfect package of a sweaty, limp little body laying peacefully against my chest. A happy consequence of this was having a much happier little fella joining us for lunch and a good climb all over daddy.  Enjoy. I know I sure did.

I think he liked it.

We took him to watch airplanes,

run down hills,

and meet nice little old men.

I think he liked it.

Creative Outlets

I've been brainstorming things that I can try to do with Adam that are new and exciting and creative. One thing I hadn't done yet was crayons. We busted them out a couple of weeks ago and this is what happened.

So, I guess I would have to deem it a success seeing as creativity was my goal.

P.S. Does anyone have any ideas on fun creative things to do with a 15 month old in a home that doesn't have a yard to get messy in??
