Burst your Button

This Thanksgiving we had a last minute change of plans and went to Santa Barbara for the turkey feast. And feast it was, and feast we did! How is it that even when I limit myself to one plate's worth of food, I'm still painfully full? Okay, maybe it was all the nibbling I did while helping clean up the dishes. But, hey, there wasn't enough tupperware for all the leftovers, so a girl's gotta do what a girl's gotta do. You can even see in one of the pictures that Adam busted open his top button also. So, I'm in good company.
The best thing about this Thanksgiving is that both my brothers and I were all there this year! That hasn't happened in quite some time. One afternoon we went outside with the kids and ran around. . . and when I say 'we' ran around I, of course, mean 'Justin' ran around. Adam LOVED having Cadence and Melissa to play with and they were both so great with him; carting him around everywhere and being so patient. And the piano. . . oh the piano! Adam was in heaven. I left coveting both a back yard and a piano.
Thanks mom and dad for hosting a great holiday!
Enjoy the pics!
