A few weeks ago, Adam and I took off for a little road trip to Santa Barbara. We stopped in San Luis Obispo on the way down and the way back to visit with old friends. Old friends made new again is a wonderful feeling. Like 2 and half years hadn't even passed. We went to the zoo and visited the harbor, ate lots of good food, visited with even older friends; practically family memebers, really. And all my worry prior to the trip about how Adam would do in the car, and how he would sleep while we were away, was for naught. He travelled great in the car and slept better at my parents' house than he does at home!

I wish we'd been in SLO for you to visit US!!! Man! This moving away stuff is for the dogs! Glad your trip went well. Isn't it nice to have a child that travels well! Yay for Adam!! Miss you!
Man I wish I lived closer to my family so I could drive home. Glad you had a nice trip and that Adam did so well. We need to get together soon. What are Adam's naps like these days? You'll have to come swimming sometime.
All your pics are so great!!! Camping, roadtrips! I love summer! :) You are SO brave to go camping with a little guy! We're definitely going to have to wait until he's older to try that. It looks gorgeous.
